School board to meet tonight about COVID-19

The prevalence of COVID-19 in local schools will be one topic addressed at the Gloucester County School Board’s meeting at 5:30 p.m. tonight (Tuesday, Dec. 8) in the T.C. Walker Education Center.

Dr. Richard Williams of the Three Rivers Health District will also provide an update on the pandemic and discuss implications for continued in-person learning. In addition, the upcoming winter sports season is scheduled to be discussed.

The in person capacity for the meeting is limited to 25 people. The meeting can be viewed on Cox cable channel 47 and streamed online at gloucesterva.info.
