He is survived by a son, Joshua Belvin; grandson, Carter Ray; father, Roy G. Smith Sr.; mothers, Marilyn Chapman and Ellen C. Smith; sister, Tracy L. Hodock; niece, Shelby L. Hodock; nephew, Frank “Joseph” Hodock IV; along with a stepbrother and several stepsisters; nieces, nephews; cousins; aunts; uncles, and numerous friends.

He will be truly missed; forever loved and in our hearts.
