RILL classes focus on managing stress, photography and the Bible

Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning kicks off spring with three classes in March: “Taking Great Photos,” “The Bible as Literature Part 2: The Christian Scripture” and “Understanding Stress and Its Management.”

In “Taking Great Photos,” certified professional photographer Steve Kancianic, owner of Yours Truly Photography, will give practical advice and tips for taking great-looking photos using whatever equipment you already have. Learn about lighting, posing, camera techniques, editing software, equipment, and more.

Students should bring a camera or phone. The class will be held on three Mondays, March 6, 13 and 20 from 10 a.m. to noon at RCC’s Kilmarnock Center. The cost is $35.
