RILL announces spring schedule

Rappahannock Community College’s Rappahannock Institute for Lifelong Learning has announced its spring class schedule.

Floral designer Laura Anne Brooks will hold “Floral Arranging Using Tropicals” on March 26 at the RCC Warsaw campus from 1-3 p.m. This one-day, hands-on class will focus on creating arrangements featuring both leaves and flowers. Students will leave with a professional arrangement of their own creation. The cost is $45 and includes some materials.“The Challenge of Positive Thinking and Optimism as We Approach the 2024 Elections” will be held on April 3 and 10 from 1-3 p.m. at the Warsaw campus. Dr. Robert Chapman will discuss strategies for addressing negative thoughts and engaging in rational self-talk in this class. This workshop is an objective look at current events without endorsing or opposing specific political agendas. The cost is $25.
