The 13th annual Kekoka Yoga Retreat will be held on Sept. 16-18 at YMCA/APYC Camp Kekoka in Kilmarnock, retreat chair Susan Johnson announced. This year’s theme is “Alchemy,” and registration opens Friday.
The cost of the weekend for early registrants is $220 and includes lodging, three farm-to-table meals, yoga classes for all levels, meditation, a zip-line, water activities and more. After Aug. 15, the price goes up to $250. All proceeds provide scholarships to YMCA/APYC Camp Kekoka summer campers.
“Whether you’re brand new to yoga or a yoga teacher, there will be a class for you,” said Johnson. “From Tai Chi to Paddleboard Yoga to Power Flow and more, KYR has a variety of classes that will meet your needs for connection and mind-body health.”
