Candace Segalini, 2023 president of the Chesapeake Bay Association of Realtors, at right, presented a $2,500 check to Sarah Pope, executive director of the Rappahannock Community College Educational Foundation. The contribution provides funds for a new scholarship for an RCC student taking courses in the technology and trades fields. The CBRAR scholarship represents one of more than 400 awards—totaling over approximately $500,000 that the Rappahannock Community College Foundation bestows on deserving students each year.
