The Piankatank River Ladies Golf Association held its weekly competition on Oct. 20 at the Hartfield course. Winners in the individual stroke net game were:
First flight—Vicky Gunn (first place, 75), Nina Carter (second place, 78), Christy Pitts (third place, 80). Second flight—Chong Hudgins (first place, 73), Mary Edmonds (second place, 82) and Marny Richardson (third place, 83).
