Prepare to vaccinate your pets for rabies on Sept. 20

The Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society will host a free rabies vaccination and microchip clinic at its Fixin’ to Save Spay & Neuter Clinic, located in the White Marsh Shopping Center in Hayes, on Saturday, Sept. 20 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The clinic has been made possible through support from the Mathews Community Foundation.
“The Gloucester-Mathews Humane Society, community members and their pets are grateful to the Mathews Community Foundation for the generous grant award that will make the Sept. 20 free rabies and free microchip clinic possible,” said GMHS CEO Tina Leone. “We are proud to count them among our life-saving partners and value their role in increasing awareness of responsible pet ownership and offering access to services that make for healthy and happy citizens and their pets.”
