Practice GED tests offered for free

Rappahannock Community College’s Adult Education program will offer local residents an opportunity to take official GED practice tests without charge to recognize the proclamation of "GED and Career Pathways Awareness Week."

Tests in social studies, science, reading, writing, and math will be offered Tuesday, Nov. 1, from 1 to 4 p.m. at RCC’s Warsaw Campus, and on Thursday, Nov. 3, from 12:30 to 3 p.m. at RCC’s Glenns Campus and from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at Gloucester High School.

The Adult Education program, operating through RCC’s Workforce Development Office, offers several options to prepare for GED testing. Classes are held at both RCC campuses as well as at other locations in the region. For more information about programs, call 758-6836 or 693-3141.
