The Job Assistance Center, Bay Consortium Workforce Board, Essex County and Bay Aging are sponsoring an outdoor Job Fair at the Tappahannock Fire House Pavilion, Airport Road, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5.

Event organizers are recruiting employers from around the region with positions to fill at their businesses and organizations.

Job seekers searching for a career in the medical field, law enforcement, manufacturing, construction, education, and other professions will have plenty of options to apply for employment. Be prepared to complete applications, meet with employers, and for on-site interviews. “Dress for success and bring your resume,” a release stated.
