Online training programs offered by MPNN CSB

The Prevention, Health and Wellness Division of the Middle Peninsula-Northern Neck Community Services Board several online training programs in the coming months.

On Jan. 7, from 1-2 p.m., a free program is offered on dealing with Adverse Childhood Experiences (ABC). The following Thursday, Jan. 14, also from 1-2 p.m., the training will be on QPR (Question, Persuade and Refer), designed to assist people in recognizing the warning signs of a suicide crisis and how to refer someone for professional help.

On Wednesday, Feb. 10, a free program will be offered on REVIVE!, Virginia’s opioid overdose and Naloxone education program. That program will be held from 10-11 a.m.
