Delays are expected to continue today on the Robert O. Norris Bridge on Route 3 between Middlesex and Lancaster counties as the VDOT crews finish a scheduled annual bridge inspection.
Route 3 traffic will be directed to pass through the work zone on the bridge in a one-way, alternating pattern between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m., weather permitting.
