The Mathews County Resources Council will meet at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, Sept. 19, at Mathews Memorial Library.

The meeting will include election of officers for the coming year. Chesapeake Counseling will lead the program, a discussion on PTSD’s causes and how to deal with it.

It was also announced that MCRC will hold a political forum on Thursday, Oct. 17, starting at 9:15 a.m. at the library. All candidates running for a Mathews County office will be invited, a release said.
