The documentary film “The Judge—Character. Cases. Courage.” by Robert Griffith of Mathews has been selected to be shown by four international film festivals in the coming months.

The festivals are the Vegas Cinefest International Film Festival, the New York Movie Awards, the Hollywood Gold Awards, and the Impact DOCS International Film Awards. It was previously selected for screening in this year’s virtual Virginia Film Festival, currently available online at https://virginiafilmfestival.eventive.org/films.

The film will be shown at 9 p.m. next Thursday, Dec. 17, and at 8 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 21, on VPM, Richmond’s local PBS station.

Griffith recently signed a contract with the independent distribution company Gravitas Ventures to distribute the film to markets across the United States and Canada.
