The Achilles Masonic Lodge was recognized for its commitment to community service, receiving the Seymour Jonas Levy Award from the Grand Lodge of Virginia. This honor celebrates the lodge’s efforts to support blood donations for the American Red Cross. Each year, Achilles Lodge organizes multiple blood drives at the Abingdon Ruritan Club. The most recent event, held in November, collected more than 54 pints of blood.
