Mary Virginia Bell, 64, of Mathews, died Tuesday, April 14, 2020.

She was a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and a Mathews resident since 1999.

Survivors include her children, Chandra Lawhorne of Amherst County; Rachel Bell of Black Mountain, North Carolina; Sven Bell Crystal of Rutherford County, North Carolina; and Joshua Bell of York County; 12 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Donna Grabinski of Hampton, Pam Coulby of Mathews, and brother, Ken Jordan of Deltaville.

Service will be private.
