An American Red Cross blood drive will be held from 2-7 p.m. Tuesday at the Piankatank Ruritan Club building in Hudgins. Donors are required to make advance appointments, by either visiting redcrossblood.org or calling 804-725-2485.

Donated blood will be tested for COVID-19 antibodies and donors will be notified of the result. Donors are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Temperature checks and the use of hand sanitizer are some of the safety measures that will be in place.
