The Northern Neck-Middle Peninsula chapter of the Virginia Aeronautical Historical Society will meet next Thursday, Feb. 19, at the Pilot House Restaurant in Topping for its monthly buffet lunch meeting. The program will begin with a meet and greet at 11:30 a.m., lunch at noon, followed by the program at 12:30 p.m. Rusty Gill, Hummel Field Airport manager, will be the guest speaker, a program rescheduled from last fall.
