We are writing in support of Kari Scruggs for the Abingdon District representative on the Gloucester County School Board. Kari has the educational and leadership background to serve in this capacity for our community. Most of all, as a very active and involved parent of children in our school system, she is well-versed in the many issues and challenges that our school system is facing.

Kari has stated that children, parents and teachers are her priority, and she is demonstrating this during her campaign. Her campaign signage celebrates children, and her publicity recognizes many people and milestones important for our school system: the successful first day of school, reading activities by our local police department, Gloucester School Resource Officers, school sporting events, and our hardworking GCPS custodians.
