I want to take this opportunity to thank Bette Dillehay for keeping Mathews County your focus as you agreed to serve as our temporary county administrator. Thank you for working tirelessly with the Main Street Committee to make our courthouse the envy of many other small towns. And thank you, Ms. Dillehay, for keeping our library a place for all to use, despite roadblocks such as the coronavirus and often, limited funding.

Your willingness to continue to put Mathews County first is admirable. Thank you!
