We in Gloucester have traditionally benefitted from good governance. Unfortunately, a rogue group of politicians decided to place their interests above those of the good citizens who elected them. It’s time to return to our roots by supporting supervisor candidates with integrity, who vow to work collaboratively with other leaders in the community.
Robert "JJ" Orth is one such candidate worthy of our support. He is an advocate for public education, having raised with his wife Nancy, a retired educator, two grown daughters who have used their experiences in Gloucester schools as a springboard to their chosen professions. "JJ" believes in open and honest government rooted in the best interest of his constituents. A vote for Robert "JJ" Orth on Tuesday, Nov. 8, for Abingdon District representative is another step to restoring Gloucester’s good name.
