Letter: Larson for school board

Editor, Gazette-Journal:

My husband of 40 years—Ken Larson—is running for Gloucester County School Board (Ware District). I know the kind of person he is, and where his talents are. That’s why I think he’s right for Gloucester schools. His experience, compassion and ability to make things work in challenging circumstances will go a long way toward creating an environment that encourages teachers with the freedom needed to excite children about learning.

Ken Larson has been an entrepreneur all his life and has succeeded in many enterprises. He edited Sierra Bullets’ first reloading manual, he developed real estate worth millions of dollars, and he’s placed engineers and qualified project managers with some of our country’s finest manufacturing companies. And yes, he served on a Catholic Diocesan school board for 10 years. There were 45 K-8 schools as well as three high schools.
