I want to thank all the many people involved, cast and crew, who donated such long hours of rehearsal and preparation to produce such a wonderfully entertaining show (with a cast of 63 involved on stage it was a major coup).

We were transported by top-quality theater for a very imaginative three hours’ escape watching Matilda’s problems solved happily finally—such a needed break from our contemporary political problems. I cannot start to praise all the talent, but must give the deserved shout out to Valerie Brandenberger, the wonderful Matilda, and to Lara Emerson the director who got this show on the boards and who, with her family’s involvement, has dedicated amazing time, creativity and leadership to Court House Players for the past many years.

Matilda and all participants were fantastic.

Thank you, Court House Players, for providing continued quality community theater in our area.
