The Baystars Kraken 10U baseball team traveled to Chesapeake on Saturday for its final games of the season against the Southside Crew, losing 17-3 and 13-12 ending its season with a 12-13 record.
In the first game, Duke Hamm crossed home plate twice and Wesley Falkenberg once. Conner Lee was the starting pitcher with Kane Shager and Hamm pitched in relief.
The Kraken was down by six in the fourth when attempting its comeback. The team scored five runs but it wasn’t enough. Kaiden Williams, William Rousseau, Shager and Gage Mulcahy each scored once. Hamm, Falkenberg, Carter Symonds and Lee scored once each.
