Mathews High School recently released its honor rolls for the second quarter and first semester of the 2022-2023 school year. Students named to the Honor Roll of Excellence (all As) for the second quarter were:

Seniors Sarah Ashbaugh and Ethan Hudgins. Juniors—Zoe Camp, Andrew Greve, Libbie Hospodar, Claire Kramer, Madeline Miller and Sarah Moughon.

Sophomores—Lillian DeForge, Grayson Griffith, Haley Hoell, Heather Hopkins, Marissa Hudgins, Jerell Johnson, Scarlet Johnson, Layla McBurney, Jaxon McDonald, John Stephen Shaw, Angel Shultz and Hannah Stillwaggon.
