TURKEY TROT: Mobjack Rowing Association will hold its annual Turkey Trot on Nov. 27, beginning at 8:30 a.m. Walk, run or bike from Williams Wharf Landing to Town Point Landing and back, a little less than four miles. No entry fee, donation asked of non-perishable items for Hands Across Mathews.
THANKSGIVING MEAL: Abingdon Episcopal Church, Gloucester, will have its annual community Thanksgiving meal from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Nov. 27. All are welcome. There is no charge and no reservations are required.
THANKSGIVING: Kingston Episcopal Parish in Mathews serves its annual Thanksgiving Day meal, starting at 11:30 a.m. at Kingston Parish House, 370 Main Street; open to all.
