Huntington Ingalls Industries announced last week that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $1.14 per share, an $0.11 increase over the $1.03 per share dividend paid in each of the prior four quarters.
The $1.14 per share dividend will be payable on Dec. 11 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 27.HHI also reported third-quarter 2020 revenues of $2.3 billion, up 4.3 percent from the third quarter of 2019. The increase was driven by growth at both HII’s Newport News and Ingalls Shipbuilding divisions.
Huntington Ingalls Industries is America’s largest military shipbuilding company and a provider of professional services to partners in government and industry.
Headquartered in Newport News, HII employs more than 42,000 people operating both domestically and internationally.
