David Hildenbrandt of Hayes has received a citation in the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament for a 50-inch red drum caught and released Oct. 9 at the Back River Artificial Reef.

Also, Robert F. Flippin of Gloucester received a citation for a speckled trout weighing five pounds, 10 ounces, and measuring 25.5 inches, caught Oct. 6 in the Piankatank River.
