The Gloucester chapter of Habitat for Humanity will hold a fundraiser dinner from 6-9 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, at the Abingdon Ruritan Club, Bena. Money raised will benefit future home construction and assist those with housing needs.

The evening will include a musical program featuring soprano Heather Sreves of the Virginia Opera as well as performances by Bayside Ballet, Bay Belles, and a DJ.

The dinner menu includes chili and ribs with salad and baked potato bars. The event will also include an auction of gift baskets, gift certificates to local restaurants, a youth kayak, and a 50/50 raffle.
