Gloucester PRT offers spring break camps

Gloucester Parks, Recreation and Tourism will hold a pair of camps for youngsters over spring break.
HISTORY CAMP: Gloucester PRT will host a spring break history camp for third through sixth graders on April 5-7, from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. each day at the Gloucester Museum of History. Campers will visit the Mariners’ Museum, Colonial Williamsburg and the State Capitol. The deadline to register is Tuesday and the fee is $75.
SPRING BREAK CAMP: A spring break camp for ages 9-12 will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. April 5-7 at the Whitcomb Lodge, Beaverdam Park. There will be games, crafts, hiking, kayaking and more. Dress for the weather and to get dirty. Bring a lunch and drink. Tuesday is the deadline to register and the fee is $45.
