The Gloucester County Public Library, Main Street Center, will hold a clothes pin decor craft at 2 p.m. next Thursday, Sept. 18. Participants will use a tin can and clothes pins for this craft.
The finished project can be used as a plant holder, a candle holder or a pencil holder.
