The Gloucester County Public Library, Main Street Center, has announced three upcoming programs for March. “A Forgotten Tragedy: Prisoners of War During the American Revolution” will be held on Sunday, beginning at 2 p.m. This presentation will discuss the history of prisoners of war during the American Revolution. Join the library for the third installment of its downsizing series on Tuesday, March 10 at 11 a.m. Learn how to reap value from items you no longer need by selling through eBay, estate sales and more to declutter and organize your life. Learn about both native and introduced herbs used in colonial America on Thursday, March 26 at 4 p.m. Gloucester Master Gardener Susan Camp will provide an overview of culinary, medicinal and household herbs commonly used in the American colonies during the 17th and 18th centuries, including information on both Native American and African herbs.
