Gloucester County decommissioned its mobile office unit behind Building #2, 6489 Main Street, on Friday. The mobile unit had served as a reception center and Treasurer’s Office cashiering station since county offices began reopening to the public earlier in the summer.
With the mobile unit being decommissioned, patrons will now check in with an employee at the indoor reception area located in the first-floor lobby of Building #2.
Continuing support of and adherence to social distancing protocols, most departments will service only one patron at a time, and ask that those waiting do so in the main hallways, in a socially distanced fashion. Additionally, with some employees continuing to telework in alignment with the guidance from the governor’s office, patrons who wish to meet with a certain individual on staff are encouraged to call and make an appointment.
