Kristen Gilbert of Hayes, registered two catch-and-release fish this month with the Virginia Saltwater Fishing Tournament, each measuring more than a yard in length.

Gilbert caught a 52-inch cobia on June 1 in Chesapeake Bay waters, and a 48-inch red drum the next day, also in the bay.
