The Gloucester High School field hockey teams will host the seventh annual Dukes Field Hockey Jamboree on Saturday, Aug. 20, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Gloucester High School.

The jamboree is a VHSL-sanctioned event and will be officiated as such. The event will see 42 teams from 27 high schools playing in both varsity and JV brackets. Game will be played in 30-minute durations and each team will play in three games.

The event gives the teams a chance to view and play against competition from across the state, with teams coming from as far away as Virginia Beach and Stafford County.

The gates will open at 7 a.m. and admission is $5 per person for all attendees of middle school age and older. Concessions will be available.
