The Gloucester High School boys’ and girls’ cross country teams competed at the Oatlands Invitational at the Oatlands Plantation in Leesburg on Sept. 24.

Rylan Allcorn finished forth overall in the boys’ race with a time of 17:57. Next for Gloucester was Ty Baker (JV) who finished with a time of 19:02, followed by Joel Junker (18:43), Joel Taylor (JV) (20:34), Ethan Gardiner (19:47), Aiden Pincince (JV) (20:53), Owen Hogge (20:01) and Clayton Miller (20:05).

For the girls, Mya Baker crossed the finish line first overall with a time of 21:01. JV runners Mackenzie Alcorn and Abigail Junker finished the meet at 24:24 and 24:35, respectively.

The GHS cross country teams had a meet scheduled for Wednesday in Hampton.
