GHS girls blank Crabbers, 13-0

The season started off in winning fashion for the Gloucester High School varsity girls’ soccer team who traveled to Hampton High School Tuesday night to take down the Crabbers, 13-0.

Leading the Dukes in scoring was Kennadi Tucker who scored four goals. Rylee Amarai put up an impressive stat line of three goals and two assists. Courtney Ware also had a hat trick during the game. Eva Updike scored twice. Joelle Forrest scored once and recorded two assists. Mara Collier recorded two assists as well.

The team will travel to New Kent on Monday and will then host Bethel High School on Tuesday at 5 p.m.
