Sports physicals are available for any Mathews High School student/athlete (grades 8-12) at no charge from 9 a.m. to noon on Friday, July 15. Physicals will be performed in the high school’s Training Room.

Student/athletes must have their physical forms completed and signed by the student and parent before any physicals will be given. The forms are available from the coach, the main office or the Athletic Director’s office. Fall sports practices begin July 28.
