Sports physicals are available for any Mathews High School student/athlete (grades 8-12) from 9 a.m. to noon Friday. Physicals will be performed in the high school’s Training Room.

The physicals are being performed at no charge by Debra Moore-Zierow and her staff at The Changing Tide Body, Mind & Spirit, P.C.

Student/athletes must have their physical forms completed and signed by the student and parent before any physicals will be given. The forms are available from the coach, the main office or the Athletic Director’s office. Fall sports practices begin July 28.
