From 10-11:30 a.m. this Saturday, Oct. 16, Mathews High School tennis coach Jon Hatch will conduct a free beginner tennis clinic for girls in grades 8-12.

The clinic, which will be held on the Mathews Parks and Rec courts next to MHS, will emphasize individual shot strokes, as well as information on equipment, training and basics of the game itself. A limited number of rackets are available if needed.
