Fiddler’s Crossing offers homeowners maintenance-free lifestyle

Fiddler’s Crossing, under construction at the intersection of Route 17 and Fiddlers Green Road in Gloucester, may be a viable option for those preparing to downsize or purchase a maintenance-free home.

The first phase of the development, which is expected to include 51 townhomes and 59 condominiums, is set to be completed by early fall.

The development, offered by Patsy Hall Realty and constructed by Zandler Development, LLC, will mirror their development at Hayes called Coleman’s Crossing.

“Building off the success of our project at Coleman’s Crossing, we wanted to offer a similar community, but within the limits of Gloucester Court House,” said Patsy Hall, who is developing the community along with Keith Barrack and Charles Records.
