Registered participants will present two dozen decorated cupcakes to be judged and sold to the public for $5 each. It is free and open to the public. CHILI COOK-OFF: The 10th annual Mathews Rotary Club Chili Cook-off will be held from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Saturday at the Piankatank Ruritan Club, 7138 Buckley Hall Road, Mathews.
