THURSDAY SOCIAL SERVICES: The Gloucester Social Services Board will meet at 7:30 this morning, Thursday, Feb. 19, in the conference room at the Department of Social Services, 6641 Short Lane, Gloucester. SUPERVISORS: The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will hold two meetings today, Thursday, Feb. 19. A special meeting will be held at 3 o’clock this afternoon for the supervisors to go into closed session to discuss the Hole in the Wall eviction case. It will be held in the historic courthouse on Court Street. The regular February meeting will be held at 6 o’clock this evening. Originally slated to be held at Thomas Hunter Middle School, this meeting will now also be held in the historic courthouse. CIVIC LEAGUE: The West Mathews Community League will meet at 6 o’clock tonight at the league building in Bohannon for a potluck meal, business meeting, and program by Karyn Austin on veterans’ advocacy.
