SUPERVISORS: The Mathews County Board of Supervisors will meet at 6 o’clock tonight, Thursday, Aug. 21, at the historic courthouse on Court Street.
BRASS QUINTET: Mathews Memorial Library’s Soothin’ Summer Sounds series continues with a performance by the Virginia Symphony Orchestra Brass Quintet at 7 o’clock tonight, Thursday, Aug. 21, at the library at 251 Main Street, Mathews. It is free and open to the public.
FRIDAY
TEEN CONCERT: Three Creeks Down will perform a free concert from 4-6 p.m. Friday in the courtyard at Mathews Memorial Library on Main Street, Mathews. There will be a food truck, and those attending will receive vouchers for food.
