Elijah Rock joins VSO to close out Gloucester Arts Festival

Elijah Rock will join the Virginia Symphony Orchestra Jazz Ensemble to close out this year’s Gloucester Arts Festival later this month, the event’s chief sponsor, the Cook Foundation, announced this week.

The multi-talented Rock—actor/singer/writer/producer and self-proclaimed “Artrepreneur”—will perform for the first time in the Tidewater region when he comes to the Inn at Warner Hall on Saturday, June 30, at 6:30 p.m.

A singer and tap dancer, Rock will entertain with classic hits from the Great American Songbook and more, accompanied by musicians from the VSO.

Rock is currently touring three shows throughout New York, Los Angeles, Las Vegas and more. He is also collaborating with contemporary songwriters Joel Evans and Adryan Russ.
