In-person early voting begins Friday for the November general election, featuring the races for governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general, two local House of Delegates’ seats, as well as a number of local supervisors’ and school board races.
Voting will be taking place in registrar’s offices across the state, including the Gloucester County Registrar’s Office (6467 Main Street) and the Mathews County Registrar’s Office (10604 Buckley Hall Road, Suite B). Early voting will be held during normal operating office hours through Saturday, Nov. 1.
The Mathews office is open from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday, while the Gloucester office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Additionally, registrar’s offices in both counties will be open for early voting final two Saturdays before the Nov. 4 general election.
