Bob Kubicki, developer of Fox Mill Centre in Gloucester, said he is working to line up tenants for a new section of the center whose anchors include Walmart, Home Depot and TJ Maxx.

Kubicki said no announcements on prospective tenants are ready at this time, but he’s planning to open a new section of the center as tenants dictate. He said his next development will be a strip just to the south of TJ Maxx.

“We’re talking to people, but there are no signed leases,” Kubicki said in a telephone interview Dec. 15 from his Illinois residence; he previously resided in Gloucester and said he frequently travels here to check on the large shopping center.

The center features large anchors, junior anchors and small retail shops and services. Kubicki said, “There’s a lot of cross traffic,” referring to customers coming to visit one store and then checking out several others.
