Through the rain, wind and fog, local artist Emma Phillips is shown painting daffodil imagery Tuesday on the windows of Buoy 22, Gloucester Main Street, in preparation for the Daffodil Festival, which is set for March 28-29. Watch for daffodils as they begin to pop up.
