Due to COVID-19, Virginia’s Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services has extended the FY 20/21 Performance Contract for all Community Services Boards until Dec. 31, 2020. Performance contracts specify the services to be provided by the state’s 39 Community Services Boards, and the costs of those services.
