The Gloucester County Chesapeake Bay Preservation and Erosion Commission unanimously approved a request from Michael and Patricia Young of Waverley Lane during its Wednesday, April 13 meeting. The request was to encroach into the 100-foot buffer zone to add a pool, pool deck and cabana.

The Wetlands Board and Chesapeake Bay Preservation and Erosion Committee meet the second Wednesday of every month, beginning at 7 p.m. in the Court House Office Building located at 6504 Main Street.
